Jason Senges

Jason concentrates his practice on Estate Planning for families and small business owners. Jason believes strongly in a holistic approach to planning and works closely with his clients to fully understand their wishes. Implementing comprehensive plans, Jason helps individuals with wills, trusts, and advanced directives. He also assists small businesses and entrepreneurs with entity creation and helping owners navigate the various areas of compliance and legal issues businesses face.

Prior to working with Revolution Law he worked in operations and compliance of a trust company. This experience gives him a unique perspective and understanding of the administrative side of estate plans. Understanding how plans will practically be implemented is essential to Jason’s philosophy for creating an estate plan.

Jason received his Bachelor of Arts from Elon University and his law degree from Elon Law in Greensboro, NC. Upon graduation Jason was a fellow with Legal Aid assisting clients in a wide range of areas of law. He has also worked at a trust company and as a sole practitioner.

Jason also assists clients with adult guardianship and probate as well as supports other areas in the firm.
