W. Holmes Lilley III
W. Holmes Lilley III is an attorney with Karen McKeithen Schaede Attorney at Law, PLLC. In this role, Holmes guides clients through all aspects of corporate litigation, regulatory health law, and business matters, including corporate structure, contract negations, and creditor debtor relations.

W. Holmes Lilley III is a qualified attorney who holds an undergraduate degree in English from the University of Mississippi and a J.D. from Elon University School of Law. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court in the Middle District of North Carolina.
Mr. Lilley is no stranger to the legal profession, after having spent two years as an associate attorney for Karen McKeithen Schaede Attorney at Law, PLLC and several summers as a law clerk and title research assistant with Horne and Horne, PLLC in Greenville, North Carolina. These experiences taught him the importance of having a diverse legal background.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lilley worked on a crab boat in eastern North Carolina and as a veterinary assistant where he learned the importance of hard work and the ability to interact with a wide variety of socially diverse individuals. His varied educational background and involvement with labor intensive industries have provided the perfect foundation for Mr. Lilley to become a successful attorney.
